Headquartered in the heart of California's legendary Silicon Valley, HOA Document Review was founded in 1998 by a group of seasoned Homeowner Association professionals all with highly successful track records.

HOA Document Review was designed from the start to meet the needs of today’s real estate professionals and their prospective buyers and sellers.

We began with a simple vision: to reduce the risk, associated with the transfer of ownership of a unit or lot within a Common Interest Development by providing an assessment of the accuracy and completeness of the documentation provided a prospective purchaser.

The HOA Document Review process should be used by real estate professionals to help guide their sellers in complying with their statutory responsibility to provide accurate and complete documentation to their prospective purchasers before the transfer of ownership. HOA Document Review assists in this process at a reasonable price.

The HOA Document Review process should also be used by prospective purchasers to fully understand the administrative and financial state of the community association in which they are considering a major investment.

HOA Document Review is privately funded and is not accepting venture capital at this time.
