Her background is varied and rich with direct operational experience that has evolved to become fully focused on the HOA document review product set. Over 30 years ago, Jacquie accepted her first position as a Board of Director of a common interest development, which led to her founding and operating a professional community association management company for the subsequent 23 years. She has also worked as a real estate broker, mortgage loan originator and underwriter, all of which focused on the needs of community associations. Recognized as an industry leader, Jacquie is regularly asked to speak at numerous industry functions. Jacquie has also served as a board member for the Executive Council of Homeowners (ECHO). Beverlee Gordon, Director of Operations Beverlee is the owner of ASAP Collection Services. She has over twenty years experience in the CID industry. Her strong background in the industry began as an assistant in a property management company and continued as a community association manager/owner and then as a community association paralegal/collector. Over the years, Beverlee has held a California Real Estate license, was certified as a Community Association Manager (CCAM) through the California Association of Community Managers.
