HOW TO ORDER OUR SERVICE
Overnight, Deliver, e-mail or fax ALL documents you received from the Homeowners Association. Include:

• Prelim Title Report
• Business Card or Contact Information
• Call to Pay by Credit card or send a check with the package

We have a 72 Hour turn around and will e-mail you a copy of our report and a list of any Missing items.  You and your client can decide if the missing information is important and you may wish to extend your contingency time to allow the Seller to obtain the Missing or outdated information.

It you are the Seller or the Seller's Agent then we will attempt to obtain the missing information from the Homeowners Association to complete the disclosure package by sending them via fax or e-mail a copy of the missing or outdated information request.

We overnight the documents back to you including our Review. You or your clients can call us and we will go over the document and report.
