At HOA Document Review we are committed to offering impeccible service, convenient delivery and to keep our processes and procedures consistent with the state laws that regulate document disclosure at the time of ownership transfer.


At HOA Document Review we understand that time is of the essense so we guarantee delivery of our Standard Document Review to be no longer than 72 hours from the receipt of the document package. If for any reason we can not keep that agreement, your price will be credited $100.


HOA Document Review recommends that prospective purchasers may safely rely on our report for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. However, please consider the following qualifications.

All prospective purchasers must understand that the governing body (Board of Directors) and/or its managing agent may make business decisions each and every month that can and may materially effect the quality of the HOA and thus the results of any document review.

As an example, when compared to a physical property inspection, this issue is very much like one in which termites may infestate a building at any point in time and thus a physical inspection can not be warrantied without significant limitation.

Therefore, we advise that if a document review has reached an age of 90 days or more, the client "refresh" the review at a reasonable cost of $150.00


It is hereby agreed and understood that should the client claim to discover that one or more aspects of the report is incorrect, the client agrees to notify the reviewer before any corrective measures are undertaken, and further to allow a re-review by the REVIEWER of the reported problem at no cost to the client.

Should the REVIEWER determine in the REVIEWER'S sole discretion that a modification to the documentation provided is required, the client agrees to allow the REVIEWER, the opportunity to effect the said modification prior to initiating any modification on his/her own behalf and prior to initiating any mediation, arbitration, or civil action.

If there is a conflict regarding the wording of a report, the report kept at HOA Document Review shall prevail.
