What's in the Report anyway?

Our report clearly shows which documents were provided correctly and which are either missing, incomplete, or inaccurate as compared to Civil Code §1368.

BOur report also describes the importance of each infraction, so the prospective purchaser can make an informed decision.

For example, if the CC&R's are missing, our report will describe what type of information is usually included in the CC&R's, so the prospective purchaser will fully understand the ramification of not being able to review that document before the transfer of ownership.

Finally, our report lists the "Next Steps" for resolution of each item, so an owner may start to immediately take action in remediating the document package thus bringing it into compliance.
